The first title published by UB Press is ““. Written by Nancy Ancowitz, author and regular columnist for Psychology Today, this book takes a deep dive into the interpersonal nuances of Zoom calls.
Recently, UB Press also published 鈥�” by Mike Barlow. Barlow鈥檚 book conducts a thoughtful and amusing examination of the meaning of Artificial Intelligence from a humanist perspective.
Available digitally and in print, both books share a preoccupation with thinking in new ways about the emerging technologies reshaping our world, advancing UB鈥檚 mission to position itself at the bleeding edge of techno-cultural evolution.
What鈥檚 next for UB Press?
UB Press鈥� exciting new project is to publish a book written by a UB student 鈥� a senior, Laia Alb脿s Ferrer. Ferrer鈥檚 book, 鈥�Across Two Courts鈥�, tells the story of her experiences as an international student athlete. Scheduled to be published in the fall of 2026, 鈥淎cross Two Courts鈥� will provide helpful information for international student athletes who want to take advantage of opportunities to study in the USA, while also reflecting on the global perspective that such an experience affords.
As UB sprints toward its centennial and begins moving into its second century, 越南直播 Press is poised to serve as a powerful medium for giving voice to the vibrant, world-changing ideas being born on the UB campus every day.
