Licensure and Accreditation
The Ô½ÄÏÖ±²¥ is accredited by the New England Commission of Higher Education (NECHE) and the Connecticut Office of Higher Education. Ô½ÄÏÖ±²¥’s School of Nursing is a member of the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN).
Licensure
The associate degree in Nursing program at Ô½ÄÏÖ±²¥ is approved by the State of CT Board of Examiners for Nursing.
The traditional and accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing pre-licensure program is approved by the Connecticut Board of Examiners for Nursing and licensed by the Connecticut Office of Higher Education.
The RN to BSN Completion post-licensure program is approved and licensed by the Connecticut Office of Higher Education.

The baccalaureate degree in Nursing and master’s degree in Education and Leadership programs at Ô½ÄÏÖ±²¥ are accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), 655 K Street NW, Suite 750, Washington, DC 20001, 202-887-6791.
Associate degree in Nursing
Effective April 27, 2026, this Nursing program is a candidate for initial accreditation by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing. This candidacy status expires in spring 2028.
