Testing services as an accommodation

Alternate location testing services

When approved by the Office of Accessibility Services (OAS) Manager, students may arrange to take exams at the Accessibility Services office located on 174 University Ave., Carstensen Hall, 1st floor.

The procedure for exam proctoring is as follows:

• As soon as a student with testing accommodations learns of an upcoming quiz, text, or exam, they need to fill out the form below and submit it to Accessibility Services.

• Once OAS receives this form, we will reach out to the professor to get any passwords or special instructions needed to give the assessment.
