Meet the team
Dr. Kristy Huntley is the Executive Director of Institutional Effectiveness and Special Assistant to the Provost at the Τ½ΔΟΦ±²¥, where she leads institutional assessment, accreditation, strategic planning, and effectiveness initiatives. She serves as the University's Accreditation Liaison Officer and has extensive experience in higher education administration, academic quality assurance, and data-informed decision making. Dr. Huntley holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology and has over 20 years of teaching experience in higher education. Her professional interests include accreditation, assessment of student learning, institutional effectiveness, faculty development, learner agency, and student success. In addition to her administrative leadership, she teaches psychology courses and is pursuing a sixth-year degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Her work focuses on helping institutions strengthen academic quality, improve student outcomes, and create cultures of continuous improvement through collaborative leadership and evidence-based practice.
Matt VanVoorhis
Director of Institutional Research
Dr. VanVoorhis is a higher education and research professional with more than fifteen years of experience in data analytics, program evaluation, and applied social science research. Prior to joining the Τ½ΔΟΦ±²¥, he served as Director of Institutional Research at Colby-Sawyer College and held research positions with Consumer Reports and the University of Florida’s Institute for Child Health Policy. In addition to his administrative and research leadership roles, Matt has taught social science and health-related courses at the University of Florida, Iona University, the CUNY Graduate School of Public Health and Health Policy, and the Τ½ΔΟΦ±²¥. His research has appeared in peer-reviewed journals including Demography, Journal of Marriage and Family, Medical Care, and Social Science Research. He holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Sociology from the University of Florida and a bachelor's degree from Indiana University.
As a member of the OIE, Enyu Zhou supports the University’s data collection, analysis, and reporting efforts. She holds a PhD in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis and a master’s degree in Public Affairs from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Prior to joining OIE, Enyu served in a research role at a national nonprofit organization.
SaiVardhan Dhonti is a Data Analyst in the Office of Institutional Effectiveness (OIE) at the Τ½ΔΟΦ±²¥. In this role, he supports institutional research, data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development to provide meaningful insights for data-informed decision-making. He works with a variety of institutional systems and reporting tools to support academic and administrative initiatives while contributing to process improvement and organizational effectiveness.
